Can I change or cancel my order?
We're unable to make any changes to your order once you've hit "Pay Now" button. This includes:
- Changing the Shipping Method
- Adding items to your order
- Delivery/ Billing Address
- Changing the item or size or quantity
However, you may be able to cancel your order provided:
- We have not collected a payment for the order.
- We have collected a payment for the order, but no items have been fulfilled.
- If we have collected your payment and items have been sent for fulfillment, it is too late to cancel the order and you will need to follow our return process.
Please note that order fulfillment time frame varies for different product. If you wish to cancel or need help with your order, please reach out to us immediately. Drop us a message on WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger or Email us: email@example.com, and we will notify you if we were able to process your order cancellation or if you will need to follow our return process.
I've received the wrong item(s), what should I do?
In an unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Your Order Number
- Name of the item(s) you did not receive
- Name of the item(s) you received
- Clear photograph(s) of the item(s) you have received
Our Customer Support team will get this sorted out immediately as soon as we receive the above information.
You maybe asked to return the wrong item back to us through our return process.
Please note: All claims for orders arriving without the correct/ missing items must be made within 10 days of the delivery date.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
If you do not receive your order within the delivery timeframe specified in your order tracking, please contact us immediately as soon as you are aware and our customer support team will get this sorted out immediately.
How do I track my order?
Upon order fulfillment, we will send you an email notification with the order tracking information. You should be able to view the order tracking information by clicking on the link provided in the email. Alternatively, you can go to our online store, log into your Shop Fables account and check out the order fulfillment status of your order. If the order has been fulfilled, you can find the order tracking information here.
