Return and Exchange Policies

At SHOP FABELS, we value our customers and customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want our customers to love and enjoy our products. We work with partners and artisans all around the world to ensure the products that we sell are high quality.

However, if you find there is any problem with your purchase or are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us and we will assist you fully with your returns. You have our 30-day satisfaction guarantee with Money Back, no questions asked! We will issue a full refund of the price of the product, but we do ask you to pay for return shipping. 

What is your Return Policy?

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be in unworn, unused, unwashed with all tags still attached and original packaging.
  • Used products showing signs of wear, tags removed cannot be returned.
  • Unfortunately, we will not be able to process returns on gift sets, gift cards and custom made orders.

    How do I return my item?

    • Please contact us via WhatsApp or Email or Messenger and customer support team will be happy to assist you with the return process.
    • Please do not return the items, without contacting the customer support team.
    • Repack your order. Please use the original packing materials if possible. If the original packaging materials are unavailable, use appropriate packaging materials with plenty of cushioning or bubble wrap.
    • Please note that you are responsible for any damages caused due to improper packaging.
    • For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured United States Postal Service. Please enclose a copy of the packing slip or invoice along with the return.
    • Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed from the time that we receive it.
    • Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment that you used to make the purchase with. We will email you a copy of your refund when it is issued.
    • Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7-10 business days to reflect the refunded amount.

    What is your Exchange Policy?

    Unfortunately, we are not offering exchanges at this time. 

    What if I received a defective item?

    If your product defective, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.  However, defect claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. In the unlikely event you have received a defective item:

    • Please contact us with order number and clear photographs of the defective product. 
    • Our support team will get in touch with you regarding the replacement steps.
    • Please DO NOT return any damaged goods unless advised by our customer support team member, it may result in a slower resolution time.
